The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthy food, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. As a Kitchen Assistant at Salad Station, you’ll assist in preparing and assembling our signature Caribbean salads, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and quality in our kitchen. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation of salad ingredients: washing, chopping, and portioning fresh produce. • Assemble salads and meals according to company recipes and standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following all health and safety guidelines. • Help with inventory and stock rotation to ensure the freshest ingredients. • Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, supporting the head chef and team. Requirements • No prior kitchen experience is required; we provide full training. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • A positive attitude and a love for fresh, healthy food!
