About the Role NextStep Nursing, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Domiciliary Care Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, overseeing care packages, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals., • Source, recruit, and retain high-quality care staff to support community care packages., • Match staff to service users based on skills, experience, and care needs., • Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding procedures, and company policies., • Conduct regular supervisions, spot checks, and quality audits., • Manage staff rotas and ensure continuity of care., • Work towards agreed KPIs and targets, including growth of care packages., • Provide on-call support as part of a rota system.
