We are seeking a skilled Grill/ gyros Cook to join our team at a takeaway only restaurant . The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and able to deliver high-quality dishes with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities - Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes , wraps and sauces, according to menu specifications - Ensure food is cooked in a timely manner whilst maintaining high standards of quality - Monitor food levels and replenish supplies as needed - Clean and maintain cooking equipment, utensils, and work areas - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations Experience - Previous experience in a Greek restaurant or similar role in a restaurant environment - Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen operations - Proficiency in food preparation, grilling techniques, and meal presentation - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for cooking delicious grilled dishes, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
