Busy home care office is looking for an upbeat bilingual Spanish office support to provide exceptional customer service support to an entire team.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by answering and routing phone calls.
Answering a high volume of calls.
Maintains a professional attitude and appearance.
Perform a variety of clerical and data entry tasks and all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be fluent in conversational Spanish.
Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Knowledge of excel or word a PLUS.
Great attitude.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
No Home Care experience is required (a PLUS if you have prior home care or call center experience)
