Community Habilitation (Com Hab)– OPWDD Self-Direction We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Community Habilitation (Com Hab) staff member to provide one-on-one support for an individual receiving OPWDD Self-Direction services in New York in their home. You will be trained in our social skill program.
