Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and floor care.
Conduct janitorial tasks like trash removal, dusting, window washing, and restocking supplies to ensure a spotless environment.
Carry out custodial responsibilities .
Assist with facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, painting (residential or commercial), and troubleshooting basic equipment issues.
Support industrial cleaning projects when required, ensuring safety protocols are followed during extensive cleaning operations.
Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including parking lots and walkways, by sweeping and debris removal.
Follow safety guidelines and proper procedures during all cleaning and maintenance activities to promote a secure workplace.

Experience
Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred.
Familiarity with floor care.
Experience with general facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs and painting is advantageous.
Knowledge of industrial cleaning procedures and equipment operation is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while handling cleaning chemicals and maintenance tools.
