



We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented customer service specialist to join our in-person team full-time. The ideal candidate possesses a people-forward attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of teamwork to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient customer communication in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce and customer service is required. Must be fluent in english and have some basic knowledge in major platforms like Shopify, Etsy, ShipStation, eBay, and Amazon. In this role, you will provide prompt, courteous, and assistance with all customer service based questions. Prioritizing 1-3 star reviews and handling inquiries regarding order modifications, returns, and exchanges, while managing critical operations such as; tracking courier claims for lost packages and reporting counterfeit sellers misusing the Tilo Jewelry brand.
