Sanitation & Safety • Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, adhering to industry and local health regulations. • Sterilize tools and equipment between clients. • Use protective measures to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and themselves. 4. Customer Interaction • Greet clients warmly and assess their nail care needs. • Offer recommendations on nail styles, treatments, and products. • Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. 5. Product Knowledge & Upselling • Stay updated on the latest nail care trends and techniques. • Promote and sell nail care products, such as polishes, lotions, or treatments. 6. Team Collaboration • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a seamless spa or salon experience. • Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining salon supplies.
