Key Responsibilities: • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using industrial dishwashing equipment., • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic dishwashing station and surrounding kitchen areas at all times., • Ensure proper storage and rotation of cleaned kitchenware and equipment., • Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, and work surfaces, to maintain a pristine environment., • Efficiently manage waste disposal and recycling processes., • Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations., • Support kitchen staff as needed with various tasks to ensure smooth service flow., • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to management. Qualifications: • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment., • Strong attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to cleanliness and hygiene., • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic., • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight., • Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is beneficial, but not always required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
