Job Description Job Responsibilities • Requisition of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain appropriate inventory levels for Peer Place operations., • Oversee menu planning and daily meal implementation in accordance with program guidelines and nutritional standards., • Ensure sanitary and safe conditions are maintained in the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with DOH and organizational standards., • Supervise and oversee daily operations of Peer Place., • Supervise, train, and support kitchen and Peer Place staff to ensure effective service delivery., • Maintain accurate food service documentation, including temperature logs, menus, meal counts, and contribution records., • Monitor and document freezer and refrigerator temperatures to ensure food safety compliance., • Collaborate with program leadership to support participant needs and program goals., • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director.
