Compensation: $45,000 - $52,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard, • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload, • Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files, • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases, • Print and prepare documents for will/trust signing meetings., • Act as a witness during document signings., • Scan and upload executed documents into the case management system., • File deeds with the appropriate offices and track returns., • Coordinate with title companies as needed., • Go to the court or clerk’s office to pick up or drop off documents., • Provide clear, compassionate communication to clients throughout the intake process., • Ensure all client interactions reflect the firm’s values of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail., • Identify opportunities to improve client intake workflows and recommend process improvements., • Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner., • Collect payment for consultations and ensure all billing information is accurate., • Follow up on overdue bills with professionalism and persistence., • Manage attorney email inboxes and ensure urgent matters are flagged and addressedQualifications:, • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required, • Strong computer and data entry skills, • Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus, • Previous legal experience a plus, • Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, • High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor’s degree is a plus, • Warm, approachable, and client-focused., • Steady under pressure; maintains professionalism in stressful situations., • Strong follow-up and accountability skills., • Team player who communicates clearly with attorneys and staff., • Proactive problem solver with an eye for improving processes.About Company Miller & Miller Law Group PLLC is an Elder Law firm dedicated to giving clients an incredible and easy legal experience.
