-Sauté (vegetables)

  • Proven experience working as a Line Cook
  • Knowledge of mediterranean food
  • Understanding of food safety regulations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • NYC DEPT OF HEALTH CERTIFICATION
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
