Position: Homecare Dialysis Nurse

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Homecare Dialysis Nurse to join our team for a private case in Greenwich, CT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dialysis care, providing exceptional support to patients undergoing treatment in their home environment.
Pay rate $65-$75/hr RN
Responsibilities:
Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patients’ responses. M-W-F
Assess patients' overall health and vital signs before, during, and after treatment.
Educate patients and their families on dialysis processes, home care, and lifestyle adjustments.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and families.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Connecticut.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dialysis nursing or related field.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dialysis procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
