We are a boutique, two-attorney law firm focused exclusively on residential and investment real estate transactions. Our practice represents private buyers and sellers, real estate investors, landlords, and developers in property acquisitions, sales, and portfolio transactions.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Responding to and managing client emails promptly
  • Preparing and organizing corporate documents (LLC formations, operating agreements, resolutions, EIN documentation, etc.)
  • Drafting and preparing deeds (Warranty, Bargain & Sale, Quitclaim, etc.)
  • Preparing and reviewing documents for filing through the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)
  • Assisting with document uploads and recordings
  • Preparing closing packages and organizing files for closing
  • Coordinating with lenders, title companies, brokers, and clients to obtain required documents
  • Tracking transaction timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintaining accurate digital and physical file systems
