Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a motivated and efficient team.
Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost controls, and sales growth.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
