Our office in Bushwick, Brooklyn is looking for a in house Secretary / Personal Assistant for a full-time position.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls from clients and vendors
  • Prepare and process invoices
  • Track, manage, and follow up on price quotes
  • Enter and maintain job records in the system
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and professional with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and proficient with general computer application

    Monday to Thursday - 8am - 5pm Friday from 8am to 3pm
