Position Overview: We’re seeking a dependable, well-rounded handyman for on-call maintenance, repair, and small-project work. Typical tasks include light plumbing, basic electrical, drywall and paint repairs, caulking, fixture installations, power washing, and general facility maintenance. Most jobs are short, one-off maintenance assignments though the goal is to broaden the position to a more consistent schedule as the company grows. Efficiency and quality workmanship are rewarded.   Job DescriptionStart Date: Immediate; 3 days a week Role: Individual would be a vital link to ensuring that Academics West’s community has a well-functioning clean facility for its staff and students. The Facilities Technician would fix and repair basic repair issues, liaison with outside vendors, ensure all purchase orders are received for departments, maintain inventory of supplies, and conduct general repairs and upkeep of school.
