Position Summary:
We Elevate is seeking highly motivated individuals to serve as Street Advertisers. This entry-level position involves actively promoting We Elevate’s services to local businesses, organizations, and the public by distributing flyers, generating leads, and building initial awareness of our company’s offerings.
Job Responsibilities:
Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials in assigned areas
Approach businesses, schools, hospitals, or government offices to introduce We Elevate services
Collect basic information on potential clients and report back to management
Promote specific programs and contracts that We Elevate offers
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company in public
Follow daily or weekly advertising routes as assigned
Attend brief team meetings or check-ins as required
Compensation Structure:
Starting Pay: Small base pay of a few dollars per week (entry-level base)
Bonus Pay: Substantial commissions or bonuses will be paid when advertisers successfully help secure contracts or new business agreements
Pay increases based on performance and contract wins
Qualifications:
No prior experience required
Good communication skills
Comfortable approaching and speaking to people in public settings
Ability to follow simple instructions and meet daily goals
Reliable and punctual
