Mozzarella Restaurant in South Orange, NJ is hiring experienced kitchen staff for 3 positions: 1. Experienced Line Cook • Strong experience on the sauté station required, • Must have good plating and presentation skills, • Must be fast, organized, and able to handle busy service, • Italian restaurant experience preferred 1. Pizza & Kitchen Helper • Pizza experience required, • Must know how to stretch dough, make pizzas, and work the pizza oven, • Will assist our pizza maker during busy service, • Responsible for preparing dough and prepping the pizza station, • Will also help with food prep and general kitchen work, • Must be comfortable working both the pizza station and kitchen 1. Dishwasher / Prep Helper • Dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning, • Will also help with light food prep, • Must work quickly and keep the dish and kitchen areas clean and organized
