You will impact the company's operations and organization through data entry while providing exceptional customer service to our customers, vendors, and visitors. You will work closely with our Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales, and Operations departments. Salary Range: $16.50 - $19/hour Full-time, on-site role. Monday - Friday. Competitive Benefits Package • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision), • PTO program and paid holidays, • 401K with employer match, • EAP Every Day The Administrative Support Team: • Provides administrative support to the AR, AP, and Sales departments including but not limited to charging credit cards, filing ship tickets, pulling invoices, setting up new vendors, and handling emails, • Enters data for our warehouse and counter sales departments, • Greets visitors and answers the multiline phone system, directing calls appropriately, • Scans and prints documents, • Sorts and distributes mail to the proper departments, handles all outgoing postage, and tracks packages, • Makes trips to the bank and post office, • Manages Accounts Payable emails, • Other office duties upon request What You Bring to the Role: • Eagerness to gain office experience, • Experience managing your own timeline, prioritizing work, and multitasking, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Attention to detail, • Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, • Strong basic mathematical skills, • Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel (basic knowledge), • Computer savvy and willingness to learn proprietary software, • Valid and clean driver's license to make trips to the bank and post office daily (using a company vehicle) Physical Requirements: • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time (with accommodations upon request), • Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, adding machine, and telephone for prolonged periods of time (with accommodations upon request) Power-Flo Technologies is the premiere provider of supplies, services, and solutions to the electrical, industrial, mechanical, and automation industries.
