Evesham offers a welcoming suburban community with excellent amenities, beautiful parks, and easy access to Philadelphia and the Jersey Shore — a great location for New Jersey travel nursing jobs and healthcare professionals seeking short-term ER RN opportunities. • Location: Evesham, NJ 08053 (Burlington County) — New Jersey travel nursing job, • Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) / Travel Nurse, • Assignment Length: 13 weeks (04/13/2026 – 07/13/2026), • Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00); flexibility to work 7p-7a and 11a-11p as needed, • Hours per Week: 36, • Setting: Emergency Department (ED), 22 beds — trauma-capable, adult & pediatric care, • Patient Ratio: 1:5, • Floating: Required within 5 local hospitals (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL) — float pool / regional ED coverage, • Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend (EOW/EOH), • Orientation: 6 hours (local orientation for travel nurse), • Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) RN experience (within the last 12 months), • Active New Jersey RN or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission), • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (must not expire within 30 days of assignment start date), • Experience providing care for adult and pediatric patients in the ED, • Epic EMR/charting experience required (Epic documentation skills for ED workflow), • Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing (PC-based; two attempts allowed), • COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered), • Must be able to float to other hospitals within the system as needed, • First-time travel nurses accepted but not preferred, • Uniform: Navy blue scrubs required, • Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patients including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics, • Manage a 1:5 patient ratio in a busy ED setting and prioritize care during high-acuity periods, • Interpret and manage dysrhythmias; perform phlebotomy; start and maintain IVs; administer emergency medications, • Manage ventilated patients, assist with airway management and intubation support as needed, • Perform procedural sedation, assist with arterial and central line management, and administer blood products, • Respond to trauma, cardiac, respiratory, psychiatric, and multisystem emergencies in a fast-paced environment, • Float to other emergency departments within the health system as required for regional ED coverage, • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV team, respiratory therapy, radiology, pharmacy, and social services, • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic (ED charting, triage notes, and handoffs), • Adhere to infection control practices, isolation precautions, and PPE protocols at all times, • Competitive pay and travel nurse benefits available, • Estimated weekly pay: $2,250–$2,370/week, • Local orientation and clinical support for travel nurses GHR Healthcare Job ID #466517.
