You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: • Enter raw material and finished goods receipts from suppliers and internal/external warehouses into the WMS and ERP systems, • Manage deployment and replenishment of finished goods to internal and external warehouses, • Partner closely with the Production team to determine finished goods availability dates, • Investigate, address, and resolve WMS inventory discrepancies, • Manage inbound and outbound dock appointment scheduling, • Assign warehouse team members to pull orders for shipment, • Organize, print, and file required documentation (orders, pick tickets, BOLs, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment, • Assign carriers to shipments and coordinate pickup appointments, • Coordinate raw material transfers and shipments with the Blending Department, • Process and manage UPS and FedEx small-package shipping labels, • Coordinate cycle counts for raw materials, finished goods, and warehouse supplies as needed, • Support the Warehouse Lead and/or Warehouse Manager with daily operational activities, • Perform miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned Important Details:, • The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $30.29 to $34.62 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary that we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay., • This is a full-time role on first shift. You'll fit right in if you have:, • One to three years of experience in logistics, supply chain or related fields, preferably within the food industry., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP's., • Knowledge of material handling equipment such as forklifts., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
