You support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to deliver exceptional service. From restocking supplies to maintaining cleanliness and organization, your role is essential to keeping the bar running smoothly and efficiently Requirements: • Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests., • Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools throughout the shift., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including bar mats, sinks, and storage areas., • Remove trash, clean spills, and ensure bar stations are sanitary and guest-ready., • Assist with keg changes and deliveries., • Support bartenders during peak hours with prep and service needs., • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines., • Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and management., • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred., • Strong work ethic and attention to detail., • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment., • Physical stamina—must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods., • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed., • Reliable transportation and punctuality., • Eagerness to learn and grow in a hospitality-driven environment.

Requirements: • Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests., • Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to recipe specifications for bar and restaurant guests., • Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails., • Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance., • Engage warmly with guests and take orders efficiently., • Serve food and drinks with accuracy and enthusiasm., • Provide thoughtful menu recommendations and detailed item descriptions., • Remain attentive to guests’ needs with a friendly, upbeat attitude., • Maintain a clean and organized bar area and follow sanitation and safety policies., • Work effectively and respectfully within a collaborative team environment., • Multi-task and stay composed during high-volume shifts., • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Genuine passion for hospitality and team collaboration., • Physical stamina—ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, twisting)., • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry trays as needed., • Reliable transportation required., • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace.
