They are currently intermediate level candidates with apx 5 years of hands on welding experience Pay Rate will vary $23-25 depending on the ability to pass the D1.3 and D1.1 tests. They're responsible for completing MIG welding, fabrication, and finishing on steel storage/shipping containers. The containers are fabricated and repaired on site in multiple different departments - containers move through production on an automated conveyor system.
