We deliver trauma-informed, harm reduction-based care to individuals with substance use disorders. Our services include: • OTP (Opioid Treatment Program), • CDOP (Chemical Dependency Outpatient Program) We support patients recovering from opioids, alcohol, cannabis, stimulants, and other substances. At CHI, we foster dignity, compassion, and evidence-based care.
