Job DescriptionBoarhog LLC is seeking a conscientious, diligent, thorough, detail-oriented Full Cycle Job Cost Bookkeeper/Accountant who may work remotely as well as in Boarhog's office in San Diego. This is a full time position performing accounting functions including Accounts Receivable (A/R), payroll, timecards, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, expense reports and monthly close of books, including the specific following elements:1) Invoice Generation and Tracking: Creating and distributing invoices to customers and tracking their status.2) Payment Recording: Recording payments received from customers and applying them to the appropriate invoices.3) Reconciliation: Reconciling A/R records with bank statements and other financial data.4) Aging Reports: Analyzing A/R data to track and identify outstanding invoices and assess the risk of non-payment.5) Collections: Following up with customers on overdue invoices and implementing collection procedures. Job Description We are seeking an On-site Food Safety Coordinator for our client's operational BRCGS-certified manufacturing facility. This role is critical to maintaining and strengthening the food safety program, ensuring compliance with global food safety standards, and supporting high-quality production from day one. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and experienced in fast-paced food manufacturing environments. Requirements Key Responsibilities • Maintain all required food safety documentation in accordance with BRCGS Issue 9 standards (floor logs, cleaning logs, checklists, pre- and post-manufacturing inventory counts, lot traceability)., • Monitor and ensure compliance with Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)., • Track production trends, KPIs, targets, and efficiencies, providing data-driven insights using Excel, Office 365, Teams, Trace, and CRM tools., • Report non-conformities promptly and support corrective actions., • Oversee environmental monitoring programs, including TPC, E. coli, and Salmonella swabs., • Support emergency response and incident management drills., • Provide guidance, training, and support to manufacturing floor staff; act as a liaison between office and production teams., • Adapt to a fast-paced, changing daily schedule, handling multiple tasks simultaneously., • Ensure compliance with all food safety requirements and company standards.
