What You'll Be Doing: • Welcome and acknowledge all guests with a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor, • Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently, • Register guests, assign rooms, issue room keys, and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, • Handle reservations, cancellations, modifications, and room changes using Hiltons PEP system, • Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, concerns, and complaints, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction, • Maintain accurate guest accounts, process payments, and balance cash, credit, and folio transactions, • Follow all hotel policies regarding safety, security, confidentiality, and guest privacy, • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and management to ensure seamless guest service, • Monitor lobby activity and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area, • Previous hotel front desk experience preferred; hospitality or customer service experience required., • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests, coworkers, and management, • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, • Basic computer skills required, experience with Hilton PEP system a plus, • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting when necessary
