Core Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Fleet Logistics • Direct all day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, quality control, inventory management, picking, and staging., • Oversee outbound fleet logistics, ensuring optimal route design, Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance, and on-time delivery metrics., • Maintain a continuous improvement culture to maximize warehouse space and reduce cycle times.
