Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally., • Support financial advisors by preparing client documentation, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Ameriprise’s CRM and other internal systems., • Process client transactions and service requests in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies., • Coordinate communication between clients and the financial advisory team to ensure timely and effective information flow., • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for client meetings., • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred., • Previous experience in a client service or administrative role, ideally within the financial services industry., • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software., • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team., • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory compliance standards.
