Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY The PCA Trainer works in conjunction with and provides individual hands-on training in service delivery to Health Care Associates (HCA’s), Patient Care Associates (PCA’s) and other clinical support staff. Creates training schedules and conducts staff sign offs. Observes work of clinical support staff to determine individual needs to improve level of proficiency in various aspects of responsibilities in need of improvement. PCA trainer is expected to float to NYC locations as needed for training purposes. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Training (50%) • Provides “hands on” training in service delivery at each of the Centers., • As required, works with individuals to improve level of proficiency in various aspectsof responsibilities in need of improvement., • Assists with chart audits and clinical support staff observations on a quarterly basis. Patient Care (25%), • Assess flow of patients through health center to minimize patient wait times., • Assists in the orientation and training of new clinic staff, as indicated., • Ensures access to interpreter services for patients with communication barriers., • Provides health education and care related to sexual and reproductivehealthcare., • Performs clinic opening and closing duties; clinic and equipment cleaning; re-stocking supplies, etc. Reports facility and equipment issues as indicated., • Excellent customer service and communication skills., • Ability to remain focused and calm in stressful situations., • Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills., • Superior oral and written communication skills., • Keen attention to detail.• Excellent organizational skills., • Ability to exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making skills., • Ability to produce reliable, high-quality work with minimal direct supervision., • Ability to follow HIPAA Policies and Procedures., • Previous experience working with electronic health record., • Proficiency in other languages., • Prior Planned Parenthood employment., • Prior health care employment., • Previous experience in a high-volume customer service role., • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program., • Work experience in Sexual Reproductive Health.

Job Description Retail Styling Assistant - Garden City, Long Island Our Retail Styling Assistants provide an exceptional experience for every Brilliant Earth customer. These team members assist our customers in finding their best jewelry match from our luxury product line. By meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment, this team creates personalized experiences while sharing the happiest moments of our customers' lives. The ideal candidate will be able to work a full-time schedule that includes weekend days. This role is in-person in of our Roosevelt Field showroom. The targeted budget for this position is $22-$24/hour. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company. Responsibilities May Include: Sales & Customer Service: • Utilize sales strategies and forward-thinking problem-solving techniques to assist and guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions, such as ring settings selections and diamond options., • Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process, creating a memorable, one-on-one customer experience that reflects our luxury brand and product quality., • Guide customers to purchase, creating memorable and personalized experiences for each customer., • Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads to attain individual and team goals and revenue targets., • Proactively respond to online customer inquiries and provide sales assistance through live chats, and phone calls while focusing on a luxury customer experience, reflective of our high-quality product., • Develop and demonstrate product knowledge as it pertains to our diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry., • Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries., • Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer any pre-appointment questions., • Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, working with your leaders to continuously improve the customer experience and your sales performance., • Use our ERP system to manage your tasks and communicate cross-functionally., • Maintain luxury showroom appearance, cleanliness, and organization, including executing new product merchandising guidelines., • Serve as the liaison for all facilities maintenance projects for the location, including troubleshooting and performing minor repairs as needed., • Send and receive product from our distribution center, customers, and external vendors while reconciling inventory within our computer system and maintaining organization., • Skillfully enforce policies within the waiting room to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, and ensure product security., • A passion for the customer.
