Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in Nassau County to fill an Accounts Receivable/Billing position. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Biller to join their accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the financial operations of a growing organization. It is onsite, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. This is a temp to hire position and can pay $30 per hour and $65K when perm. Key Responsibilities: · Generate and process customer invoices accurately and timely · Manage billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies · Apply customer payments and maintain AR records · Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding balances · Reconcile accounts and support month-end close activities · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing information · Maintain organized and compliant documentation Qualifications: · Prior experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Billing · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills · Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment · Strong communication and follow-up skills Why Join this company?
