Job DescriptionController Our client is an established and growing healthcare company looking for an experienced, hands-on Controller to take on a key leadership role across accounting and finance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both leading a team and staying close to the work, with visibility to senior leadership and the ability to make a real impact. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day accounting function, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and support revenue cycle operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You'll also help drive process improvements, partner with cross-functional teams, and serve as a trusted resource to the CFO.
