    ASI Group is seeking a Credit & Collection Specialist for our Yonkers, NY corporate headquarters. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* • Handle routine credit inquiries and correspondence with customers & sales force, • Responsible for the collection of accounts deemed to be delinquent and identifying delinquent accounts for possible referral to outside collection agency or attorney for further collection effort, • Ensures proper tracking of mechanics liens and bond filing dates, • Daily review of On Hold Order Reports and status dashboards, • Release / Denial-Hold of daily customer orders, • Customer contact by phone and email for the purpose of collecting past due balances, • Verifying customer service issues causing delinquencies and referral to appropriate Customer Service Representative, • Daily posting of customer remittances to Accounts Receivable, • Immediate reporting of customer financial issues and problems to Sr. Credit Manager, • Other A/R, administrative tasks and special assignments as required by Sr. Controller and Sr. Credit Manager *Knowledge, Skills & Abilities* • Associates Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred but not required, • Good communication and interpersonal skills, • Effective time management and organization skills, • Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team *Qualifications* • 3 years of experience in commercial collections and accounting preferred, • 1 or more years of Accounts Receivable experience desired

    ENTRY-LEVEL SUPPORT ROLE AVAILABLE FOR 26-27 SCHOOL YEAR - NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED About the Role Basic Office Support: • Greet and check-in visitors following school security protocols, ensuring all guests are properly signed in and receive visitor badges., • Coordinate with teachers and staff to deliver requested supplies from the main office to classrooms or workrooms as needed., • Monitor and restock frequently used office supplies, such as paper, pens, and forms (i.e. MAFs), to maintain a functional work environment., • Assist with digital filing and organizing important documents, ensuring that records are easily accessible and kept in the proper locations. Supporting Attendance Tracking: • Assist with daily attendance processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting as directed by the BOM., • Ensure arrival is set up each day (i.e.: stanchions, CAASS machines in place)., • Support at arrival by monitoring our CAASS scholar attendance scan-in system and escalating issues as needed. Assisting with Technology, Supply, and Inventory Management: • Check supply levels in the Teacher Work Room (TWR) daily and restock essential items (e.g., paper, pens, markers, snacks) to ensure teachers have the materials needed., • Carry and deliver scholar snacks throughout the school building as scheduled., • Monitor and document inventory levels regularly, noting when supplies are running low and informing the BOM to reorder as needed., • Respond promptly to teacher requests for specific supplies, • Troubleshoot basic scholar Chromebook issues and understand the system for distributing new technology, escalating more complex issues to the BOM or IT support. Facilities Support: • Conduct routine facility checks of the school building as directed by the BOM. (Building Operations Manager), • Ensure rapid acknowledgment of facilities slackbot issues and escalate them to the appropriate personnel (BOM or facilities team) according to established protocols., • Walk through hallways, classrooms, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring they are clean, safe, and free of hazards. General Support During Arrival & Dismissal: • Serve as extra support by being present and observant during arrival and dismissal times, while adhering to the guideline of not assuming any leadership and/or scholar management responsibilities., • Aid in recording tardy arrivals or early dismissals, ensuring that accurate records are kept and communicating any issues to the BOM., • Direct students, families, and staff to designated areas, helping manage foot traffic to keep arrival and dismissal processes efficient. Qualifications • 0-2 years of professional experience in an administrative or support role preferred., • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred., • Adaptable and flexible to a fast-paced environment., • Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently., • Basic computer skills and comfort with technology., • Good verbal communication skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the smooth operation of the school.     OVERVIEW As a Front Desk Associate, you are the first point of contact for people when they enter the building. Your role requires a flair for hospitality and customer service, providing the best possible experience for customers as you check them in, process credit card and cash payments, and assist with any questions they might have. You will need to handle questions and problem-solve effectively while making guests feel welcome, heard, and valued. YOUR MISSION To assist customers (whether residents, members, or guests) with checking in, booking classes and lessons, making payments, and any other membership or amenity related questions they have, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining the URBN Playground reputation. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Deliver amazing customer service by having a hospitality-focused, customer-first mindset, • Set up / pack down equipment (e.g. cash registers / boxes, devices) at open / close times, • Check members in as they arrive to use the amenities or for classes / lessons, • Assist residents with the URBN Playground app to make their reservations and purchases, • Utilize URBN software to manage reservations and bookings, handle messaging through the app., • Ensure security of cash registers / cash boxes at all times during shift, • Count starting amount of money at the start of shift, • Balance cash at the end of the shift and complete cash drop form, • Process guest passes or current promo codes from periodic marketing campaigns, • Answer phone calls and e-mails and escalate queries as needed, • Supervise other staff on shift as needed (e.g. porters) to ensure amenities run smoothly, • Hold a set of keys and open and lock gates and doors as needed, • Know what events or lessons are going on and be able to answer questions about them, • Liaise with key people (e.g. trainers, event planners, Lifestyle Director, pool operator) to ensure smooth operations of all the above YOU’RE GOOD AT • Getting things done, • Keeping track of many things at once and paying attention to detail, • Remembering customers’ names and making them feel welcome, • Diffusing customer complaints and solving problems, • Working independently with minimal supervision, • Handling phone calls and e-mails in a professional and efficient manner, • Building relationships with customers and key vendors BROWNIE POINTS • Prior experience in a sales-related job, • Prior experience in a hospitality position, • Familiar with property management software
