THE BASICS Pay: • Medical, • Dental, • 401K, • Life insurance, • Vacation days, • PTO YOUR DAY AS OUR SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR Your day as Service Administrator starts with checking in on the schedule, making sure your six service techs are deployed efficiently and equipped with everything they need to deliver top-notch work. You coordinate closely with your Administrative Assistant, reviewing service contracts, tracking warranty paperwork, and making sure materials are ordered and ready to go. Throughout the day, you keep a sharp eye on ANC's policies and procedures in the field, documenting any discrepancies and finding ways to improve. You review and distribute the daily Conversion Rate report to the owners, always looking for ways to boost performance and profitability. Whether it's strategizing department growth, streamlining processes, or jumping in to solve an urgent issue, you lead with confidence, keeping the service department running like a well-oiled machine. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS HVAC MANAGEMENT ROLE Are you a natural leader? Do you have a high attention to detail and an extensive knowledge of the HVAC industry? If yes, you might be perfect for this leadership position!
