Job DescriptionWho We Are: The Children's Home mission is to partner with children, families, and communities throughout New York State to inspire hope, develop skills and cultivate healthy relationships for positive futures.$65,000 - $75,000 annually$5,000 Sign on bonus for FT LCSW - $72,000-75,000 All other licenses - $65,000-72,000 Limited Permit - $61,000-65,000 Position Summary: The Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to serve children between the ages of 10-21 years old with mental health needs. This youth focused and family driven approach empowers children/youth to thrive at home, in school, and within their communities. The Licensed Mental Health Professional will provide treatments to the child and their family/caregivers to address the clinical needs of the child and the complex needs of the family unit. The mental health professionals will individualize treatment interventions to the child/family and use evidence-based practices to address identified clinical and family system needs to help improve the well-being of the youth and strengthen family dynamics. Responsibilities: • You will lead services for clients and families, including: Child and Family-Centered Assessments and Service Plans, • Non-traditional individual and family therapy in the home/community, • Skill Development, • Stabilization Support for Youth and Families, • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
