Position Overview The Academy Charter School Elementary Teacher understands and promotes the school’s mission, vision, objectives, and policies both within and outside the immediate school community. The Elementary Classroom Teacher is responsible for providing a classroom/instructional program that supports the individual needs of all children in accordance with the school’s mission and values established by the school. Responsibilities and Duties • Assume personal responsibility for the academic progress of all students, • Implement a coherent, research-based curriculum in consultation with Administration, • Teach students with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in an inclusion setting and implement IEPs as necessary, • Document all lesson plans, assignments, rubrics and other instructional materials and methods, • Use consistent school-wide practices and a variety of individualized methods to engage students in the classroom, • Use technology tools for instruction, planning, and communication and ensure student engagement, • Measure student achievement and progress towards learning objectives using the school’s formative and summative assessment tools, • Evaluate academic achievement through detailed data analysis of student performance on a wide variety of metrics, • Provide ongoing and timely feedback to students on their progress towards meeting expectations and achieving goals, • Create, and manage a responsive learning environment that enables students to feel safe, to be creative, and to develop to their full potential, • Use student data to reflect on effectiveness of lessons and student achievement progress in order to improve instruction and personal practice, • Communicate effectively and maintain strong relationships with students, families, colleagues and administrators, • Establish, involve, and assist students in the development, maintenance, and evaluation of portfolios, • Develop and use rubrics for evaluating student products and performances Pay Transparency: The salary range for this role is $62,500 - $85,000. Base pay offered may vary within the posted range based on several factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Days: Mon-Fri Hours: 9AM-5:30PM Salary: 80K-100K DOE Job Roles / Responsibilities: • Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to understand business processes and translate them into ERP solutions., • Customize and enhance ERP modules based on business requirements using available tools or through coordination with technical developers., • Perform data migration, integration, and validation tasks during system transitions., • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for functional processes and system usage., • Provide ongoing support for ERP users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system performance and reliability., • Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively., • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the ERP framework., • Strong knowledge of the WMS and understanding of technical communication workflow between ERP and WMS is essential, • Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, customization, and user support., • Strong functional knowledge in modules such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, or HR., • Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions with clear communication and analytical skills., • Experience in writing functional specifications, user stories, and test cases., • Prior experience in mid-size to enterprise-level ERP environments., • Certification in relevant ERP systems is a plus., • Project management exposure or understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
