Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The Master Level Counselor will serve as a member of a mobile, community-based, multidisciplinary team for persons with severe and persistent mental illness, delivering individualized care to those in need. Our Young Adult ACT team serves individuals ages 18-25. QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree or higher in social work, psychology, or rehabilitation counseling (if a rehabilitation counselor, C.R.C. preferred). A valid and clean New York State driver's license. Minimum 1 year of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from the NYS Office of Mental Health.
