Job Description Assistant General Manager About the Job: As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. Address employee relations issues as they arise, determine immediate resolutions, or escalate to the GM when necessary., • Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, while driving a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging., • Act like an owner by assisting with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management., • Review financial reports and take appropriate actions to optimize performance., • Support the GM in facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed.
