The Role Paid Social Performance Manager (FT/PT/Freelance - Hybrid/Remote) The Paid Social Performance Manager will own paid social campaign strategy and optimization across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok to drive scale efficiently while reducing customer acquisition cost (CAC). This role requires an analytical, hands-on media manager with experience scaling campaigns, deep knowledge of platform best practices, and proven account management expertise. You will work under the Director of Paid Media, collaborate with cross-channel specialists, and contribute daily to a client-facing Slack channel, offering proactive communication and real-time performance updates. Key Responsibilities • Lead paid social campaign execution and day-to-day account management across Meta and TikTok., • Scale campaigns effectively while continuously optimizing CAC and ROAS., • Manage and adjust budgets across campaigns to maximize ROI and support full-funnel performance., • Partner closely with creative and analytics teams to guide ad creative testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization., • Conduct daily monitoring, pacing, bid adjustments, and reporting to ensure objectives are met., • Deliver proactive updates and performance learnings in a client-facing Slack channel serving as a primary point of contact on social campaign activity., • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, beta features, and emerging best practices for Meta and TikTok. Job Description Job Summary Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): • Answer phone calls and gather customer information. Monitor the business website and social media channels to collect leads information and contact potential clients., • Input leads and new customers into the Buildertrend construction database program by collecting data from company email addresses, Facebook, Instagram, and other sources., • When we receive a new job or contract following a sold contract, you will enter all relevant data into Buildertrend and our shared drive. This involves creating folders and subfolders, uploading contract documents, and organizing these files. The position will be responsible for standard operating procedures relating to sales functions and processes, product management and special projects and promotions with an awareness of other departments’ roles within Nikon Inc. This role will be key to ensure that all SRO accounts and reps are provided up to date information regarding Nikon policies and procedures. This role will provide comparative analysis reports of current inventory in the field as well as nationwide sell-through trends and work directly with the Sr. Manager to effectively communicate these results to the accounts. As a part of this role, the Sales & Operations Specialist will research and evaluate current nationwide conditions that may affect the ability to sell products in the marketplace and make suggestions based on the analysis to the Sr Manager. The position will be responsible for assisting in achieving efficient product allocations, purchasing and the ordering of accessories for promotional and sales purposes. This role will coordinate information pertaining to shipments and logistics with the import export team and internal logistics team. Assist in budgeting and planning of nationwide sales promotions and their related exposures.
