Knowledge of automotive electrical systems is essential; experience with diesel engine repair is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
