The ideal candidate will be patient, punctual, attentive, and comfortable supporting a client with Parkinson's disease and mild hallucinations. This role is primarily companionship, safety monitoring, and gentle assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities * Provide daily companionship and supervision to promote comfort and reduce hallucinations. * Ensure the client eats lunch and stays hydrated. * Encourage safe mobility and gentle movement throughout the day (mobility is her biggest challenge). * Offer standby support during physical therapy sessions when needed (PT typically arrives around 12–1 PM). * Assist with simple grooming activities such as hair care, nails, and basic foot care. * Provide medication reminders (including blood thinners, Tylenol, and other routine medications). * Ensure a calm and supportive environment at all times. * Maintain punctual attendance — reliability is critically important. * Assist with light household tasks related to the client's comfort and care.
