Qualifications and Experience: • Minimum 10 years of continuous hands-on experience in a CNC machining environment, with demonstrated expertise in setup and operation., • Proficient in the use of precision measurement instruments including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and dial indicators., • Strong understanding of metal material properties (e.g., aluminum, steel, inconel, tool steel) and cutting tool technology., • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight while consistently delivering high-quality results., • Ability to sit/stand at a CNC workstation for extended periods., • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed., • Must be physically able to navigate the warehouse and access inventory at various heights.
