Job Description Our organization is actively looking for full-time Urologists to become part of our multi-specialty practices located in Staten Island and Brooklyn! This multi-specialty facility is situated at 1441 South Avenue, Staten Island, NY. Staten Island, the southernmost borough of New York City, is easily accessible from Lower Manhattan via the Staten Island Ferry, which traverses New York Harbor. With convenient connections to Brooklyn and Central New Jersey, Staten Island serves as a residential area that offers numerous family-friendly attractions, including the Snug Harbor Cultural Center, Zoo, Botanical Garden, and the Staten Island Children's Museum. The extensive patient community generally seeks routine care within Staten Island. Our Staten Island practice provides comprehensive healthcare, allowing patients to access various specialties, supported by a dedicated team that includes medical assistants. Dyker Heights features a fully equipped medical office spanning 10,000 square feet across three stories. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care, achieving quality outcomes, and ensuring patient satisfaction. We seek passionate physician candidates who are dedicated to outpatient medicine and committed to the mission of our organization. The physician will join a growing practice that caters to a rapidly evolving and expanding neighborhood. Mount Sinai Brooklyn Hospital, located in the East Midwood area of the borough, serves patients from various neighborhoods, including Midwood, Madison, Marine Park, Mill Basin, East Flatbush, Flatlands, Canarsie, Brighton Beach, and Sheepshead Bay. Candidates will be pivotal in providing outstanding patient care, achieving quality outcomes, and ensuring satisfaction. We are looking for physician candidates who are enthusiastic about Urology and dedicated to our mission. Position Overview: • Collaborate with a broad primary care referral network and nearly every specialty, including cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, pain management, allergy, urology, radiology, and hematology/oncology., • Serve a diverse patient population while residing in a community with excellent school districts., • Support Staff: Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, Physician Assistants, urodynamics, a fully equipped on-site imaging center featuring a new Siemens MRI and PET CT, ultrasound, and an on-site laboratory., • Utilize an EMR system: Epic., • No teaching, research, or administrative duties required., • Medical Degree from an accredited institution., • Active New York Medical License and NYS DEA registration., • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology., • Dedication to our organization and the communities we serve., • Strong communication skills, excellent bedside manner, and organizational abilities., • A robust work ethic and a desire to contribute to a team-oriented, performance-driven healthcare system., • Ability to collaborate respectfully and build relationships with colleagues. Salary Disclosure: Our organization provides a salary range to comply with New York City’s Salary Transparency law. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, collections, and community needs. Therefore, actual salaries may be closer to either end of the range, and in some cases, may fall outside the listed range. The stated salary range applies to full-time positions and does not include bonuses/incentives or benefits.
