    We are a modern, patient-focused endodontic specialty office seeking a motivated, reliable, and friendly Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Experience is preferred but not required — we are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow in the field. What We're Looking For • A positive, team-oriented attitude, • Strong work ethic and reliability, • Willingness to learn endodontic procedures and clinical protocols, • Good communication and patient-care skills, • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities • Assisting the doctor during endodontic procedures (training provided), • Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms, • Sterilization and infection-control protocols, • Taking digital X-rays and maintaining patient comfort, • Occasional front-desk support (phones, scheduling), • Keeping the operatory and sterilization area clean and organized Qualifications • Dental assisting experience preferred but not required, • X-ray certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain), • Must be punctual, dependable, and eager to grow with our practice Why Join Us • One-on-one training, • Exposure to advanced endodontic technologies (CBCT, GentleWave, Waterlase, microscope), • Opportunities for skill development and career growth, • Supportive, respectful team culture, • Competitive pay based on experience

    This is a 100% role for hungry, business-minded individuals who want uncapped income and a clear path to high earnings. What You’ll Do: • Sell Blink Voice's telecom hardware and AI-powered software to B2B clients, • Generate new leads through cold calling, outreach, referrals, and networking, • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, closing, • Build long-term relationships with clients to drive ongoing business and referrals, • Work closely with our in-house support team for smooth client on-boarding.
