We’re looking for a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily on-site operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities and on-site personnel Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics Review and submit daily reports and progress updates Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed Monitor material deliveries and site resources Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders Requirements: 5–7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management Proven leadership and organizational skills Ability to read plans and manage schedules Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Location: On-site
