Job Description JOB SUMMARY The "B" mechanic is to be able to multi task in various fields such as, machine setup and startup, electrical repair, water system repair, pump repair and steam pipe repair. Mechanic should be able to diagnose and solve problems in a timely fashion. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS The mechanic reports directly to Engineering Manager and does not exercise supervisory responsibility. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Able to work on all production and processing equipment and ancillary systems thereto * Rotary Fillers * Piston Fillers * Packette Fillers * Tube Fillers * Labelers * Ink Jet Coders * Mixing Vessels * Pumps * steam pipe * copper pipe OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS * Proficiency with all basic hand tools * Proficiency with Pipe fitting * Proficiency with Electrical * Proficiency with Diagnostics * Must be extremely detail oriented * Must be extremely organized, managing time efficiently * Ability to be productive working independently * Willingness to learn and work to highest potential * Ability to work overtime when workload demands * Willingness to be flexible towards work projects * Ability to work within set guidelines with a very high level of consistency * Effective communication/comprehension skills - verbal and written * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Ability to be a team player, with adjusting work loads REQUIRED * High School Diploma, GED equivalent and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Identification: Valid United States Working Documents PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT * Physical Requirements - ability to lift 50 lbs. * Stand on feet the majority of the day * Bend, stoop, twist as required Company DescriptionW3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
