Primary Responsibilities: * Perform daily and deep cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens/break rooms, common areas, and windows. * Dry/wet mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitizing. * Light maintenance and repairs such as painting, gutter cleaning, minor plumbing (e.g., unclogging toilets), and outdoor groundskeeping. * Assist the maintenance team with special projects and facility needs. * Respond promptly to work orders and emergency cleaning needs. * Maintain accurate documentation of tasks and follow cleaning schedules. * Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA regulations. Success in this role requires: * Ability to work independently across multiple locations. * Willingness to adjust schedule for emergencies or special needs (e.g., snow removal, urgent repairs). * Adherence to agency policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Time Allocation: * 90%: Cleaning, maintenance, repair, and documentation * 10%: Supervision, training, and meetings Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Flexible availability and ability to respond to emergencies * Physical ability to perform duties including lifting, using equipment/tools, prolonged standing/walking, bending, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, and driving * Valid NYS Driver's License in good standing Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
