Position Summary The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for a motivated, client-focused professional who thrives in building connections and delivering value. You will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach, and work closely with leadership to help close deals. While the role is primarily focused on business development, it also provides an opportunity to help shape the sales function as CL Visual continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach • Proactively identify, research, and qualify prospective clients across target industries., • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate interest in CL Visuals services., • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools. Sales & Business Development • Schedule and conduct discovery calls and presentations with prospective clients., • Develop tailored proposals and collaborate with leadership on closing strategies., • Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts., • Attend local networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand market presence. Client Relationship Management • Serve as a trusted first point of contact for new prospects., • Provide an exceptional client experience that strengthens loyalty and referrals. Sales Support & Reporting • Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities., • Track and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and activity metrics., • Collaborate with leadership on refining sales processes, campaigns, and lead-nurturing strategies. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (marketing, printing, construction, signage, or related industries a plus)., • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities., • Strong communication and relationship-building skills., • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills., • Comfortable with technology, CRM platforms, and sales reporting., • Motivated by targets, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals., • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events. Compensation & Benefits Compensation • Base Salary: $42,000 to $58,000 annually, based on experience., • Commission and bonus structure with uncapped earning potential.
