The Role The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, staff performance, and customer experience while supporting the General Manager. The role focuses on team leadership, employee training, food safety, scheduling, inventory, and cost control. Candidates should have prior restaurant management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and flexibility with work hours.
