Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales Support Associate Job Description The Sales Support Associate provides comprehensive marketing and administrative support to a team of real estate sales professionals in an on-site office setting in Saddle Brook, NJ. This role focuses on coordinating day-to-day sales support activities, preparing high-quality client-facing materials, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. You will manage calendars and communications, assist with marketing campaigns for property listings, and maintain accurate databases and reports, contributing directly to the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team. Responsibilities • Provide general administrative support to an office or group of real estate professionals, ensuring daily operations run smoothly., • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and internal and external events., • Handle incoming calls and communications, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure timely responses to inquiries., • Process commissions and expenses in accordance with company policies, maintaining accuracy and proper documentation., • Maintain and update databases, reports, and content libraries to support sales and marketing activities., • Assist with website updates and tracking information in internal systems to ensure data is current and reliable., • Serve as a liaison for clients on routine inquiries, providing professional customer service and facilitating issue resolution., • Produce branded marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, flyers, offering memorandums, maps, and floor plans using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite., • Develop email and direct marketing campaigns for property listings, ensuring consistent branding and messaging., • Conduct market research and analysis, and transform findings into clear, client-ready deliverables and reports., • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, research, and finance, to integrate data and insights into sales materials., • Maintain marketing databases, property listing websites, and prospect tracking tools to support ongoing business development., • Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards., • Support a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment by prioritizing tasks and managing multiple assignments simultaneously., • Prepare proposals, presentations, and communication materials using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other internal tools.Essential Skills, • High School Diploma or GED., • Up to 2 years of job-related experience in administrative, sales support, or marketing support roles., • Ability to follow established work routines and standards and apply them consistently in daily tasks., • Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information with internal teams and clients., • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook., • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)., • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with at least beginner to intermediate skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines., • Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups., • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment., • Comfort with managing projects from start to finish and meeting deadlines in a deadline-driven setting.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Highly organized and able to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively., • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to take initiative., • Strong attention to detail, particularly in branding, quality, and accuracy of documents and marketing materials., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset., • Team-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, research, finance, and sales functions., • Inquisitive mindset, with an interest in understanding processes and improving efficiency., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment supporting real estate sales activities., • Familiarity with marketing campaigns and property listing promotion is a plus., • Ability to quickly learn internal systems and tools used for tracking, reporting, and content management.Work Environment This is an on-site position based in an office in Saddle Brook, NJ, working standard business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break. You will work closely with a team of real estate professionals, marketing, research, and finance staff in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on property marketing and sales support. The role relies heavily on technology, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), internal databases, websites, and tracking systems. The assignment is initially for approximately three months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The office environment is professional and deadline-driven, with a focus on high-quality client deliverables and consistent branding. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saddle Brook, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
